My name is Paul Schreurs and I am 48 years old. I live in Venlo and have two children. I am a chartered accountant and an experienced Finance Director with an international focus on private equity and family businesses, as well as scale-ups.

I have been working as an independent professional since 2023. My first assignment was for Kipster BV. I am currently working on a part-time basis for a company at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. I find it very rewarding to advise companies and help them move on to the next phase.

My name is Rinus Geurts, born and raised in Venlo, where I live with my wife and two children. I have been active in the material handling market for 18 years, enthusiastically expanding my network at IntherGroup, an international system integrator specialising in fully automated, finely meshed intralogistics solutions.

I know better than anyone that the material handling sector is constantly changing: from fully manual processes to advanced, automated systems. In addition to my experience in this sector, I have also built up extensive expertise in real estate, where I have been involved in various projects from purchase to sale.

I am responsible for the entire process from design to realisation for both greenfield and brownfield projects. I am always open to expanding my network, with the aim of serving our end customers even better and growing together within this dynamic market.
